4. Winner Notification and Acceptance: The winner will be chosen 1 hour before post time and notified by email. The winner will receive the ticket for cashing if the horse wins or loses. The winning entry will allow the company to refer to them as name (first only) of city only. If fewer than 100 entries occur no winner will be drawn.
